General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through this online shop and to all related agreements between the customer and the operator boardlocal bikelocal AG (“we”, “us”). The version valid at the time of the order applies.

2. Contract Partner

The contract is concluded with the webshop operator as stated in the legal notice of the website.

3. Products and Availability

Product images and descriptions are for illustration purposes. We reserve the right to change product information at any time. Availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.

4. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are charged separately and shown during checkout.

5. Contract Conclusion

By completing the order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is only concluded when we send an order confirmation by email.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be made before delivery unless otherwise agreed.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made within Switzerland using the selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and not binding. Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

8. Return Policy

Customers may return unused products in original condition within 14 days of delivery unless excluded for hygiene or safety reasons. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was delivered incorrectly or defective.

9. Warranty

Warranty follows Swiss law. Defects must be reported promptly. We may choose repair, replacement, or refund.

10. Liability

We are liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection laws. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law

All contracts are subject to Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

13. Place of Jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these GTC is Engadin / Maloja, Switzerland.

14. Final Provisions

If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining terms remain unaffected. Changes or additions must be made in writing.
