We offer small and bis service, which should be carried out regularly, and repair service for your fork. You can stop by with your whole bike or just the component or you may send the component by post. We will provice you with a cost estimation. Not later than two days after your confirmation we will return the component to you. Depending on the availability of replacement parts it might take a little longer. We will however inform you about that when handing over the cost estimation. In case your suspension is not usable anymore and replacements parts are not available in a acceptable span of time, we can offer you a replacement component for a small surcharge.
